This solution was designated as the Data for Accountability, Transparency, and IMpact (DATIM) system. Across the entire software development life-cycle (SDLC), CTC performed the design, development, deployment, and operation of DATIM.

-DATIM supports seven US Federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Department of State (DOS), the US Agency for International Development (USAID) , and the Peace Corp.

-The DATIM userbase consists of over 5,000 regular users, across 60 countries.
