Seaport Next Generation (NxG)
Computer Technology Consultants, Inc. (CTC) has been selected as a “SeaPort NxG” Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) awardee. “SeaPort” is the electronic procurement tool allowing all Navy and Marine Corps contracting offices to obtain services through competitive and efficient means. Task Order requirements are developed, solicited, awarded and administered all within the SeaPort Portal. For this cycle of rolling admissions, the requirements are divided into two primary categories:
- Engineering Support Services
- Program Management Support Services.
CTC’s services are based on our CMMI Level 3 repeatable processes for services delivery, ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management Systems (also approved by NAVSEA), and ISO 27001:2013 Certification for Information Security Management Systems. CTC has developed numerous complex IT systems throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements definition, design, development, test, modification, installation, implementation, quality assurance, training, and documentation.

Contract Base Period of Performance:
The base period of performance is approximately two and a half years, ending on 1 January 2024 (with the potential for an option with a five (5) year ordering period). The period of performance of individual Task Orders may be up to 5 years.
