Dusty Codd, Director of Business Development, came to CTC in 2008 to head up the first Business Development Division within our organization. Dusty has been instrumental in obtaining multiple new contracts, and clients for CTC in the private and public sectors. Under his leadership the CTC marketing and recruiting team has been successful in placing many new consultants throughout the Washington, DC., Maryland and Virginia metropolitan area.
Dusty has been working in the IT Services industry since 1994 and helped to build one of the largest IT staffing companies in the world. He was one of the top 5 recruiters in the country.
Dusty is a graduate of the Univ of MD, and has made considerable contributions to CTC since joining the company.
