Clarice Bowen Cromwell
CISO, Human Resources & Facility Security Officer
Clarice Cromwell joined CTC in 1999 as a Configuration Manager on the US Navy’s In-Service Engineering project. Clarice attended the University of Maryland where she earned a B.S. in Information Systems Management. Since then, she has continued to hone her expertise through training at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle studies.
Over the years, Clarice has helped to grow CTC in its core competencies of web development, database management, and IT consulting. Clarice has managed projects for many of CTC's major clients, including the US Department of State, the US Navy, and Lockheed Martin, among others.
In 2005, Clarice assumed an active role in the management of CTC as the Director of Consultants. In 2007, she assisted in the CTC management reorganization, during which a government security board was created and she became CTC's Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the company. Clarice successfully led CTC to a CMMI Level II accreditation, and has obtained ISO:9001 certification for the company. In 2011 Clarice assumed the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and took over as director of Human Resources. Clarice continues to provide senior-level management to CTC, with long-standing dedication to its consultants and clients.
